The letter Ayin ע and the letter Aleph א are both silent letters when pronounced in Hebrew. The Aleph which is the first Hebrew character represents God. Ayin means eye or sight in Hebrew. There is a very important message that these two Hebrew letters symbolically give because they are silent.

In Psalm 46:10 it reads “Be still, and know that I am (or see) God …” We truly know, or see, God in our lives when we are still or silent and allow the Holy Ghost to testify to our spirit that He is the Great I AM. The Spirit operates in our lives in the quiet and still moments, not in the loud or busy times of our lives.

In the world we live in, we have to create quiet times.  It doesn’t matter when we have it, but when we do have it, and give that time to the Lord, it comes back to us ten-fold.  Our energy level is back up to full, our satisfaction if fulfilled, our patience is amplified.
